In a grueling, multi-day Laser Radial Sailboat Racing event, Paige Railey brought home the bronze medal from Hyeres, France and the World Cup Sailing Series. She has committed to training for Tokyo and the 2020 Olympics. The US was also represented in the final medal race by Rolex Yachtswoman of the Year, Erika Reineke who finished 6th overall. The Medal Race was a little anti-climactic for Paige as there was an OCS and she decided, along with the eventual silver medalist, to go back and restart. Paige had the best finish of any of the US Competitors in any of the classes. Here is the complete final medal race.
