What is a Clean Regatta?

This is a movement fromSailors for the Seathat recognizes Regattas and Sponsoring Organizations for being good stewards of our waterways during regattas. There are requirements that you have to meet in order to earn this “Clean Regatta” recognition. They include things like: water bottle reduction efforts, responsible dinnerware efforts, Environmental Outreach, Regatta Trophies that have less impact, and the list goes on.

As sailors, we are some of the only people that see firsthand the effects our society has on the oceans. Sailors for the Sea is our organization!
